Kate R. Mincer has been designing whimsical, imaginative costumes for 20 years. In NYC and beyond, Kate has worked on musicals, plays, dance, new works, theatre for young audiences, and more. NY projects include: "RJZ" (World Premiere & NYC Premiere, New Ohio Theater), "Shanghai Lil's" (Pan Asian Repertory Theater), "This is Sadie" & "The Emperor's New Clothes" (New York City Children's Theater), "The Birds" (59 E 59th Street Theaters), and "Broadway Sings the Odd Potato" (Peter Norton Symphony Space).

Kate has also worked in educational theater for 8 years, and loves bringing joy to Young Audiences. Kate has also recently collaborated on several illustration projects, and loves working with watercolor, pencil, and ink.

She currently lives in New York.
